PERFORMANCE CLASS WORKSHOP
This workshop is offered monthly as the demand indicates. This allows the singer an opportunity to perform an entire song or aria and work on stage presentation and etiquette - to the stage, on the stage, leaving the stage - to create a more polished and professional presentation.

This is a workshop to develop a more conscious level of understanding to develop your sense of professionalism and etiquette in performance be it concert, recital, cabaret, or something else!

AUDITION PROCESS WORKSHOP (Music Theatre)
How do you come across? Are you meeting your potential in that audition room? Singers bring in TWO 32-bar cuts that contrast in style/tempo/era. The work is on presenting type through physicality of voice, energy and choice of repertoire. Etiquette in the audition room and how you claim it; Working to discover the room and how to claim it fully and discover your strengths in the surreal environment we call "the audition"! What do you want to show? What do you want to see? Do you know the difference between aggressive and assertive and can you project both? How do you stay present? AND MORE!

ACTING and DRAMATIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE OPERA ARIA
This workshop develops the opera singer for character discovery - Claiming the stage and the physicality to build and inhabit a character in the operatic repertoire. Finding emotion, subtext, foreshadowing et al in the music and finding the essence of creating a character through physicality, breath, gesture, movement AND VOICE!

MUSIC THEATRE PRESENTATION
This workshop deals with the presentation in style and voice for music theatre repertoire. It will encompass technical and physical approaches as well as presentational and stylistic development.

This workshop addresses the 'cross-over" of the opera singer into the music theatre repertoire! Presentation in style, technique and physicality will be addressed and how it relates to the opera voice.
